By voluntarily providing information about your household, family members, pets, mobility considerations, or other important details, you can help first responders better understand your needs before an emergency occurs. Having access to this information can improve situational awareness and support a more effective response when every second counts.
Protecting personal information is a priority. Information submitted through the Community Connect Portal is securely stored and is only accessible to authorized emergency responders when responding to an incident at your address.
