First and foremost, a sincere thank you to the taxpayers and businesses for the ongoing support of the North Haven Fire Department. It’s because of you that during 2023 we secured the funding to launch this exciting initiative, Community Connect.
The North Haven Fire Department has been working to continue to develop programs and contingency plans to keep you safe and plan for the unfortunate emergencies we know occur each and every day. Our goal continues to be, prevent emergencies before they happen and have the tools in place ahead of time to effectively manage incidents when they do occur.
We are always looking for ways to better serve the citizens of North Haven, CT. For this reason, we are rolling out a new program to protect our residents and their property in the most effective way possible. Community Connect is a free, secure, and easy to use platform that allows you to share critical information about your household or business that will aid first responders and emergency response personnel when responding to your location. By providing information about your household that you feel is important for us to know about at the time of an emergency, we can ensure you and everything you care about is protected to the best of our ability.
