Every day, our members respond to the needs of our community with a commitment to respond swiftly, to act with courage, and to serve with compassion- in every emergency and every interaction.
In keeping with our mission of excellence, we are proud to announce the launch of our new Community Connect Portal. This digital platform has been developed with one purpose in mind: to bridge the gap between your fire department and the community we serve.
Through the Community Connect Portal, you will be able to:
• Submit non-emergency requests and fire safety inquiries directly to our department.
• Access fire prevention resources, home safety checklists, and emergency preparedness guides.
• Stay informed on fire risk conditions, burn restrictions, and department announcements.
• Request home safety assessments.
• Provide feedback that helps us continuously improve the services we deliver to you.
Our department operates at the highest levels of readiness and professional excellence. We can uphold this standard by continuously training and cultivating a culture where every decision is made with safety as our priority; safety for our firefighters and safety for our community. The Community Connect Portal creates a space for sharing information so that we can encourage communications to assist with our focus on safety.
