That’s why we’re introducing Community Connect, a secure online tool designed to help us serve you better.Community Connect allows you to share important details about your home or business, such as layout information, the number of occupants, whether anyone has mobility challenges or relies on critical medications, and if you have pets. Having this information ahead of time helps our crews make faster, more informed decisions when responding to an emergency.Those extra seconds can make all the difference—whether it’s safely getting everyone out, locating someone who needs assistance, or retrieving essential items during a critical situation.Your information is protected with bank-level encryption and is only accessible to Andover Fire-Rescue personnel while actively responding to an emergency at your address.As a member of this community, I’ve already taken the time to enter my own household information into Community Connect. I encourage you to do the same—because when you share information, you help us protect what matters most.
