These details help our responders gain a precise understanding of your environment before arrival, shaving valuable seconds off response times. In emergency situations, this can be the difference between a successful evacuation or rescue. By sharing this information, you help us protect you, your loved ones, and your property when it matters most.
The Community Connect database uses bank-level encryption, and access is restricted to responding officers who are actively engaged in an emergency at your address, and only for the duration of that emergency. Your privacy and security are our top priority, and information is stored and accessed in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
